‘Armed, violent and dangerous’: Police hunt suspected Toronto shooting – Toronto

Toronto police are calling on the public for help in identifying a suspect after a shooting that took place in late April.

In a press release, Toronto Police said they were called to a shooting near Sherbourne Street and Queen Street East at around 5:21 PM on April 27.

According to police, two groups of people were standing in front of a supermarket when a fight broke out. A man allegedly grabbed a gun and fired at the other group.

Police said no one was injured and the two groups both fled the area.

Toronto police have released an image of the suspect and have asked anyone who has asked for information to contact them. He is considered “armed, violent and dangerous,” police said.
