St. Lawrence is a heartfelt tribute to Chef/Owner Jean-Christophe (JC) Poirier’s heritage, his early years in Quebec and his early experience in renowned restaurants in Montreal. St. Lawrence offers a marriage between classic French cuisine and the gastronomic identity and culture of Les Québécois. as a warm and intimate enclave where food, drink and atmosphere come together for a transportive dining experience like no other.

We are looking for an experienced full-time line chef to join our growing team! Our ideal candidate is committed and hardworking, with a positive attitude. Our full-time kitchen rolls are available four days a week with three consecutive days off.
