Sangita Patel is always up for a fitness challenge.

On Tuesday, the 43-year-old took to Instagram to give fans an inside look at one of her impressive training sessions.

In the video, the “Entertainment Tonight Canada” host showed off her toned physique in a white sports bra and matching training shorts. She filmed herself on an outdoor patio, balancing one leg on a pillar while reaching for the sky with the other.

The TV star turned her body and went upside down so that only her hands could touch the ground.

“It’s Fitness Tuesday! First day of summer! Happy Summer Solstice,” she began in the caption.

The CoverGirl ambassador went on to explain the exercise she was doing, noting the adorable appearance of her pup, Indie, in the background of the video.

“Hip mobility challenge…and balance! Step 1, 2, 3 bang! Indie came running up (you can see him all the way in the back) and thought, ‘What the hey!’” she continued.

“I need to add stretching to my workouts,” she concluded with the facepalm emoji.

Fans were obsessed with Patel’s strength, gushing over the host’s “inspiring” fitness regimen “Home to Win”.

“That takes skill and serious strength, Sangita! Geez, lady! Wow, that’s impressive!” a fan raged.

“You have the most inspiring fitness plan!” one follower told Patel. “Man, I gotta go to the gym!”

“What a strong core! How do you move your body like that?” wrote another. “You are amazing and an inspiration to all of us.”

Speak with D’FYNE Fitness MagazinePatel talked about her love of exercise and how she started her fitness journey.

“I’ve always been active. I’ve always loved sports and I loved fitness right before I started CrossFit. I started training really hard when I was about to get married,” the TV host explained.

“I travel a lot, so I have to come up with workouts that I can’t do in the gym,” she added. “I try to go to CrossFit four to five times a week and now I’m doing kickboxing, which is something new for me. That’s my cardio. Being able to kick and punch things – it’s a great mental exercise.”
