Vonn is all about keeping fit, and she’s clearly a dog lover. She recently posted a ski workout video featuring her adorable pups. Two of the puppies ran beside her and the third lay in her arms as the pro skier did her training up and down the slopes. The post was captioned: “I hiked up the mountain to get my #chindrip. Hope you guys crush it today. Tag me and @projectrock with your own chin drop! Let’s go (muscle emoji).”
What is a chin drop? We were hoping you’d ask! Vonn started the “chin drip” challenge, which she discusses in another Instagram video. The gold medalist challenges everyone to hit the gym, sweat and work hard enough to make your chin drip. She captioned the post, “After doing the chin drop for a while and being inspired by all your hard work…I think we should make #ChinDrip a challenge!”

The 37-year-old former Olympic skier (now a businesswoman) has 2.1 million followers on Instagram and recently posted an intense workout video of her performing side-by-side dumbbell twists and squats. She ends her puppy hug/kiss routine for one of her puppies, Jade, followed by a jump in the pool to play with some puppies. She captioned that post with, “Dogs make everything better…even workouts (heart/dog emojis),” and we totally agreed.
The post garnered over 26,000 likes and inspiring comments, including: “The best workouts happen with our dogs next to us (heart/dog/workout emojis)” and “#projectrock in the building (muscle emojis).” This alpine skier is brimming with ‘fitspo’ and that’s what we’re here for.

When Vonn isn’t exercising alone or with her pups, she stays fit with celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson, according to Women’s Health Magazine† She performs weight exercises, tire lifts, reverse lunges, resistance band squats, and one-arm jerk lifts.
