Lori Harvey is the latest celeb to be dragged through the mud for describing her weight loss journey — which is just a lesson for the rich and famous… say nothing.
The model and influencer recently hopped on TikTok to outline a diet/exercise regimen. She lost a ton of weight — more than 15 pounds, and maybe more, she explains — which she says she gained after she first met Michael B. Jordan†

In wanting to share some knowledge… LH spills the tea, but it backfired completely. She says she’s been doing Pilates consistently for the past year — but when she was in weight-loss mode, she did more than just that…including lots of cardio.
Then the real secret comes out — Lori says she was in a calorie deficit, at just 1,200 or so during this time frame, she adds, and it’s here where she gets a ton of flak.

Many have criticized her for promoting what they consider to be unhealthy crash dieting methods… which people claim is actually hurtful to normiers who might follow Lori’s lead, seeing as how many followers/fans she has and how influential she is.
Something is also said about society’s fear of fat, claiming that Hollywood is obsessed with having a distorted and unrealistic body image that also does a lot of damage to society as a whole.

While it’s unclear how quickly Lori lost his weight, she gets the same reception — but funnily enough, it seems like just as many people are defending her… arguing that she was simply answering a question her fans wanted to know, and that this diet worked especially for her.

It seems Lori predicted this, as she followed up her video with a comment…basically that this plan worked for her, and that she’s not necessarily encouraging others to do the same…because everyone’s body and nutritional needs are huge different.
You would think that such a thing is self-evident, but apparently in 2022 people cannot think for themselves. And, as usual, celebs can keep a better eye on it these days.
