“None of my clothes fit, it just wasn’t okay! So I’ve been doing Pilates consistently for the past year — I’ve done it for a few years, but I’ve been really consistent for the past year — and when I tried to lose weight, I trained about 5-6x a week, and I think I did twice a day for the first month and a half.”

Harvey told her followers she also put herself in a calorie deficit, “consuming up to 1,200 calories a day.” The starlet didn’t follow a specific meal plan, instead focusing on eating mostly meats and vegetables with minimal carbs.

“I had this sprint interval circuit that I would do, so I would do Pilates in the morning, and then I would leave there and go straight to the gym and jump on the treadmill for 30 minutes…or I also like to do a walk, or I’d go running up the stairs, just kind of cardio — that’s how you fall.”

Harvey advised viewers that “pilates alone won’t make you lose weight, it’ll just give you long, lean muscles.”
