We’re still a few months away from the launch of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4, but we know almost everything about Samsung’s next flagship foldable phones. Now information about the camera specs of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has been leaked and it appears that the phone has a balanced configuration.

According to reliable tipster Ice Universe@UniverseIce, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will have a triple camera setup on the back. It has a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera and a 12MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The primary and ultra-wide cameras may be similar to those of the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+.

Unlike the 10MP telephoto camera on the Galaxy S22, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has a higher resolution sensor. The tipster claimed that the Galaxy Z Fold 4’s telephoto camera is the best 3x zoom camera on any Samsung phone. If this information is correct, the upcoming foldable phone seems to have a really good camera setup, despite being thinner and lighter than its predecessor.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 could have a wider and shorter cover display, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ processor, improved cameras, a thinner and lighter body and a 4,400mAh battery. We also expect an IPX8 rating, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, 25W fast charging and wireless charging.
