Six Manchester United players are favorites to sign in the summer transfer window

Manchester United may sign six big names this summer, according to latest odds.

Erik ten Hag is expected to give a facelift this summer after a dismal campaign at Old Trafford. Midfielders top the priority list with four current central players leaving next month, including Paul Pogba.

Ten Hag would have a transfer budget of 120 million pounds, which he will have to spend wisely. Now bookmakers have outlined which players they are favorites to land at the end of the season.

Sky Bet has lined up a host of stars for which United are supposedly leading the race. Here they are in order, from most to least likely.

Frenkie de Jong – 4/6

The Barcelona midfielder has been tipped to revive ties with former Ajax coach Ten Hag. The pair have a good bond from their time in their home country and the new United boss hopes to convince the Dutch international to make the flight to England.

Darwin Nunez – 9/4

A number of European giants are after Nunez, but United is leading the way. The striker has scored 34 times for Benfica this season and is seen by some as the perfect attacking partner for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Pau Torres – 3/1

The Villarreal centre-back is closely linked with a move to Old Trafford. Torres wanted to stay in Spain after his club’s win over United in last year’s Europa League final, but as The Yellow Submarine only managed to finish seventh in La Liga, his mindset has reportedly changed.

Declan Rice – 3/1

It looks like Rice will stay at West Ham for another year, but if he leaves unexpectedly, United will be his most likely destination. However, the Hammers have given a £150m valuation for their main man, which will likely be enough to deter Ten Hag.

Richarlison – 1/6

The Everton hero will likely be looking to make a move this summer, despite his club’s survival in the Premier League. His chances may be slightly higher as he is not such a high priority for United rather than his reluctance to move to Old Trafford.

Harry Kane – 1/6

Like Rice, Kane is not expected to leave his club. With Erling Haaland now a Manchester City player and Tottenham in the Champions League, there is little reason why he should want to force an exit.
