Vancouver weather: sunny and muggy

It looks like Metro Vancouver is in for some warm temperatures this weekend and early next week as the mercury is expected to rise to 33°C inland on Wednesday.

VANCOUVER, B.C.: Thursday 21 July. Today’s weather is expected to be mostly sunny, with highs of 22 C and 27 C inland, although with humidity Canada says those temperatures could be closer to 26 C and 30 C inland. Some clouds are expected tonight and then the weather for Friday is likely to be partly cloudy and clear later in the morning, with highs of 22 C and 26 C inland. Then the mercury starts to rise this weekend. Expect sunshine on Saturday with highs of 22 C and 27 C inland, followed by highs of 24 C and 29 C inland on Sunday. There will be more sunshine on Monday and Tuesday, with maximum temperatures of 31 C and 32 C respectively inland. Closer to the water, maximum temperatures will be 25 C on Monday and 26 C on Tuesday. It will look even hotter on Wednesday, with sunshine and maximums of 27 C and 33 C inland.
