In tenders for large rail fleet projects, participants must describe the project management model at the tender stage, indicating the ability to deliver the projects as agreed. In projects, each stage of the process is carefully planned and the work must be performed with the utmost accuracy, customer focus and high quality. In addition, the project expertise of the staff is an important success factor.
